COVID-19 is posing an unprecedented challenge to individuals, families, and business organizations, regardless of size, industry, or location. IsoFusion is committed to meeting this challenge and continuing to provide the best service possible to you, our customer. As you may have seen, Governor Inslee of Washington state announced a 2-week “stay at home” order and requested the closure of all non-essential businesses. IsoFusion and all of its subsidiary business operations and services qualify as essential under federal guidelines. Therefore, our operations teams will remain active, ensuring optimum service delivery and data center operation.

Since the notification on IsoFusion’s state of operations many of you received on March 6th, our customer support teams have been very busy. Customers continue to have regular availability to customer support and field service operations. Our data center and field teams are taking the necessary precautions to limit in-person exposure to customers while completing their duties and following the recommend cleanliness measures to limit the spread of disease. Our 24/7 Network Operations Center continues to operate to ensure close monitoring and quick reaction to any network issue. Although none of the current situations would be considered “normal”, IsoFusion works to ensure Internet services will continue to function as normal. Our team is ready and willing to help in any way we can to ensure our customer’s needs are met.

We understand that many of you are now working from home, and your employees are accessing your internal networks remotely. This can put stress on a network and limit available bandwidth. We have assisted several customers over the last 15 days with the following services to help alleviate their challenges:

  • Remote hands to support equipment in one of our 8 data centers.
  • Internet upgrades — in many cases, we can do upgrades within 48 hours.
  • Broadband/dedicated fiber secondary connections for redundancy.
  • SD-WAN — Auto-Failover.
  • IT consulting services to diagnose network issues and provide guidance.

IsoFusion is here to help you and your organization during this challenging time. Please reach out to us if you require assistance with an essential need to maintain your business operation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Network Operations at (877) 638-9277 or support@isofusion.com.

Thank you for your continued support and stay safe,

IsoFusion
