Who is monitoring our network for optimum performance and availability 24/7/365? Who monitors equipment and facilities to peak performance standards? Who is there when an unexpected event occurs to ensure quick, efficient action is taken to minimize any impact? Who is available to our customers any time of day regardless of holidays or inclement weather?

The Network Operations Center (NOC) does it all! The NOC is comprised of a team of highly trained technicians that work around the clock—day and night, from weekdays through weekends and even on holidays. These highly skilled technicians monitor, and provide support for IsoFusion servers, systems, network and colocation facilities.

As a leader providing internet access and IT services in the Puget Sound region, you can imagine our team overs a lot! Our NOC facility has to be well equipped like our technicians, to handle any situation. Our main NOC is a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of downtown Tacoma in the historic Perkins building. We also have smaller NOC facilities throughout our other locations in Seattle, Bellevue, and Redmond. Making sure your business doesn’t experience any sort of downtime is this team’s number one job.

Monthly meetings are crucial for our NOC technicians. These meetings are designed to review reoccurring issues; discuss upcoming maintenance plans, conduct training on new process and procedures and discuss any concerns NOC technicians are facing or foresee. Overall a great way to communicate as a team.
